With 12 years of experience providing professional IT delivery services, EJ Icatar is recognized within the industry as a leader in the Financial Services sector. Rising through the ranks at UBS, Ej quickly earned the respect of the firm’s traders working in Desktop Support where he established ITIL-based methodologies focusing on root cause analysis.  Transitioning into a management role, he played a leading role in establishing and expanding UBS’s global off-shoring initiative, employing alternative computing technologies such as Citrix and VMware to scale the firm’s virtualization desktop infrastructure from thirteen to one hundred thirty ESX hosts, which supported more than five thousand virtual desktops.  Along with his technical expertise, EJ has experience in budgeting, project management and market analysis and has extensive experience implementing workflow and processes to best serve customer requirements, helping them increase their ROI through optimized solutions.
